Some water and comfortable sports clothes as it is a physical class.
Do I need my own Sabers?
No we provide all the sabers needed for the class.
Is there parking?
Yes there is free parking at the Venue.
How old must I be to take part?
Anyone above the age 8 is welcome to come along.
